No Show / Same Day Cancelation
Our clinic protects time for your scheduled appointments which includes costs for office staffing and leasing space. We also have a waiting list for work-in slots. Dr. Nesbit dedicates his time specifically for you and your appointment.
Appointments with Dr. Nesbit PLLC must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. For new patients and established patients. Our office incurs a $75 loss for each missed or canceled visit we cannot substitute. Due to this, our clinic has updated the No Show / Late Cancelation Policy as of April 24th, 2023.
These fees must be paid before medication can be refilled and appointments can be scheduled.
1st and 2nd no-show/same day cancellation will be charged a $50 fee.
3rd no-show/same day cancellation will be charged a $75 fee.
4th no-show/same day cancellation will be charged $100 fee.
Exceptions are made on a case by case basis due to emergencies outside patient control.
