We screen for hearing, vision, diet, exercise, memory issues, depression, fall risks, need for assistance with transportation, medications, food, self care and health needs. Should you need assistance, we have a social worker on staff that works with medicare CPC quality care guidelines and helping patients get access to care.
Preventative care testing may also be recommended for cancer screening, vascular disease, and bone health. We have an on site bone density machine for osteoporosis screening and treatment.
